Pay for the ingredients and start the
fermentation process. Then our staff will watch over your product adding the right ingredients at the right time. They rack, they clean, they monitor, they stir vigorously, they re-rack and they decide when your product is at the peak of perfection. It is quite a process.

When the product is ready we’ll set up
an appointment for you to come in and
bottle it. Bring in clean bottles or buy new ones from us. Sanitize them with ozone at the shop, fill, cork, crown or seal. Add labels and shrink caps and you’re done!
Art of Brewing and Winemaking has received many medals, ribbons and acknowledgements for their wines. They can help you make award winning wines too.
